Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills required.
• Experience with bookstore operations.
• Follett ACCESS and CourseTracks knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assist with Follett ACCESS course materials operations.
• Collect, edit, and oversee textbook orders for timely availability.
• Collaborate with faculty and the Operations & Implementation Team.
• Interface with publishers to resolve adoptions and selections.
• Ensure accurate billing and a smooth customer experience.
