Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a Course Materials Campus Lead to administer in-store course materials department operations, guide team members, and ensure timely availability of materials for faculty and students.

You will coordinate adoptions, buybacks, and inventory while collaborating with faculty, publishers, and store leadership to drive sales and customer satisfaction. A associate degree and 3–5 years in textbook roles with supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of textbook experience with 1–3 years supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Supports the course materials department team members, including hiring and training new team members.
• Develops staffing plans to support business needs and enforces department policies.
• Advances a hassle-free customer service culture focused on solutions-based selling and an exceptional experience.
• Interacts with faculty, department chairs, and administration on course materials issues and strategy.
• Analyzes buyback trends, enrollment figures, adoptions, and inventory to drive orders and market share.
• Sources course materials from students, publishers, and wholesalers to provide broad options.
• Oversees invoicing, packing, shipping, and verifies shipments against packing lists.
