This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and assisting with executing the Follett ACCESS course materials operations for a store. Collects, edits, and oversees textbook orders to ensure accurate and timely availability of textbooks and digital resources. Collaborates with the Follett ACCESS Operations & Implementation Team. Interfaces regularly with faculty for ongoing training of Follett ACCESS requirements and timely collection of adoptions. Works with store management to reach out to publishers to handle issues related to adoptions and selection. Ensures all course materials are available and ready for students on the targeted date and executes a hassle-free customer experience. Ensures that billing and collection for the Follett ACCESS accounts are managed accordingly. Conducts tasks and assignments as directed. Works with little supervision and utilizes independent judgment to execute company programs and initiatives effectively.
