Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Channel Cortex Domain Consultant to align advanced technical expertise with partner enablement across a broad set of U.S. and remote partners.

You will serve as the primary technical SME for the Cortex portfolio, guiding partners to position, architect, and deploy Cortex solutions with end customers. The role focuses on building partner capability, delivering SOC transformation strategies, and enabling partner teams to win opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical pre-sales or solution consulting in Security Operations.
• Experience with National partners, SI, or distributors, and channel models.
• Deep knowledge of SOC workflows, threat hunting, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SME and trusted advisor for focus partners.
• Develop joint business plans with channel sales to grow Cortex adoption.
• Deliver high-impact training and workshops for partner teams on Cortex architectures.
• Build deep technical relationships with partner engineers to enable autonomous wins.
• Provide pre-sales support and architectural guidance to partner teams for opportunities.
• Act as feedback conduit to shape product roadmaps from partner insights.
• Keep partners updated on roadmaps and cybersecurity trends.
• Maintain records of partner engagements and pipeline impact.
