You will act as the primary technical SME and trusted advisor for Cortex, collaborating with channel partners to enable them to position, architect, and deliver Cortex solutions to end customers. This remote role requires building partner capability, delivering SOC transformation strategies, and driving market expansion through high-impact trainings

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting in Security Operations.
• Channel experience with National partners, SI or distributors.
• Understanding of SOC workflows, threat hunting, and incident response processes.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary technical SME and trusted advisor for Cortex partners.
• Collaborate with channel sales to create joint plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and deliver high-impact technical training, workshops, and webinars for partner teams.
• Build deep technical relationships with partner engineering teams to drive adoption of Palo Alto Networks solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and architectural guidance to win opportunities with partners.
• Feedback to Product Management and R&D to shape product roadmaps based on partner insights.
• Keep partners updated on product roadmaps, trends, and competitive positioning.
• Maintain records of partner engagements, milestones, and pipeline impact.
