Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Channel Cortex Domain Consultant to bridge advanced technical domain expertise with partner enablement across Cortex focus partners. You will be the primary technical SME and trusted advisor for our Cortex portfolio, driving partner success and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical pre-sales or solution consulting in Security Operations including SIEM, SOAR and XDR/EDR.
• Experience working with National partners, SI and distributors in channel sales models.
• Deep knowledge of SOC workflows, threat hunting, and incident response processes.
• Hands-on capability with product installations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME and trusted advisor for key focus partners.
• Collaborate with channel sales to develop joint plans and grow Cortex expansion.
• Plan, build and deliver high-impact technical training and webinars for partners.
• Establish deep technical relationships with partner engineering teams.
• Provide pre-sales assistance and architectural guidance to win opportunities.
• Act as a feedback conduit to shape product roadmaps from partner insights.
• Keep partners updated on roadmaps and cybersecurity trends.
• Maintain records of partner engagements and pipeline impact.
