You will drive training programs, develop architectural guidance, and partner with channel sales to expand Cortex adoption while staying aligned with product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in security pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting.
• Proven channel partner experience with national partners or distributors.
• Deep knowledge of SOC workflows, threat hunting, and incident response.
• Hands-on with installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent English communication and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary technical SME and trusted advisor for key partners.
• Develop joint plans with channel sales to grow Cortex adoption.
• Deliver training, workshops, and webinars for partner teams.
• Build trust with partner engineering to lead Cortex deployments.
• Provide architectural guidance to enable partners to win opportunities.
• Feedback product roadmaps based on partner insights.
• Keep partners updated on product roadmaps and trends.
• Maintain records of engagements, enablement milestones, and pipeline impact.
