Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Channel Cortex Domain Consultant to bridge advanced technical domain expertise with partner enablement across Cortex partners. You will serve as the primary technical SME for our Cortex portfolio, working with partner ecosystems to position, architect, and deliver Cortex solutions.

This remote, global role focuses on building partner capability, delivering training and workshops, and guiding SOC transformation initiatives to drive partner success and market

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting within Security Operations.
• Channel experience with national partners, SI, or distributors.
• Strong SOC workflows, threat hunting, incident response knowledge.
• Proficiency in Networking, Network Security, Cloud Security.
• Hands-on with product installations, configurations, architectures, troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills; English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel within region for enablement and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical SME and trusted advisor for key focus partners.
• Collaborate with channel sales to develop joint plans and identify Cortex expansion opportunities.
• Plan and deliver training, workshops, and webinars for partner teams on Cortex architectures and deployment.
• Build deep technical relationships with partner engineering teams to advocate Palo Alto Networks solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, enablement materials, and architectural guidance for partner wins.
• Relay partner feedback to internal teams to influence product roadmaps and market needs.
• Keep partners updated on product roadmaps and cybersecurity trends.
• Maintain records of partner engagements, enablement milestones, and pipeline impact.
