Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical pre-sales or solution consulting within Security Operations.
• Experience with national partners and channel ecosystems.
• Deep SOC workflows, threat hunting, incident response knowledge.
• Experience with product installations and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to travel within region.

Responsibilities

• Bridge technical domain expertise with partner enablement across Cortex focus partners.
• Serve as primary technical SME and trusted advisor for Cortex portfolio.
• Build partner capability and SOC transformation strategies.
• Deliver high-impact technical training, workshops, and webinars.
• Help partner teams position and deploy Cortex solutions effectively.
• Maintain records of engagements and pipeline impact for reporting.
