Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical SME and trusted advisor for Cortex customers and partners.
• Collaborate with channel sales to build joint plans and identify Cortex expansion opportunities.
• Plan and deliver high-impact technical trainings, workshops, and webinars for partner teams.
• Establish deep technical relationships with partner engineering teams to advocate Palo Alto Networks solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and architectural guidance to win opportunities.
