Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting in Security Operations.
• Channel expertise with national partners, SI, distributors, and partner ecosystems.
• Deep hands-on SOC workflows, threat hunting, and incident response expertise.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region for enablement and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert and trusted advisor for key focus partners.
• Collaborate with channel sales peers to develop joint business plans and growth opportunities for Cortex expansion.
• Plan, build, and deliver high-impact technical training, workshops, and webinars for Cortex architectures and deployment best practices.
• Establish deep technical relationships with partner engineering teams to lead and recommend Palo Alto Networks solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and architectural guidance to enable partner teams to win opportunities.
• Act as a feedback conduit between partners and internal teams to shape product roadmaps.
• Keep partners updated on product roadmaps and cybersecurity trends.
• Maintain records of partner engagements and pipeline impact for reporting.
