Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Channel Cortex Domain Consultant to bridge advanced technical domain expertise with partner enablement across critical Cortex focus partners. You will serve as the primary technical subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Cortex, helping partners position, architect, and deliver Cortex solutions to end customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting in Security Operations (SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR).
• Experience with national partners, systems integrators, or distributors and channel sales models.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of SOC workflows, threat hunting, and incident response.
• Proficient in English; willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical SME and trusted advisor for key focus partners.
• Collaborate with channel sales to develop joint plans and identify Cortex expansion opportunities.
• Plan and deliver high-impact technical training, workshops, and webinars for partner teams.
• Establish deep technical relationships with partner engineering teams to drive adoption of Palo Alto Networks solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, enablement materials, and architectural guidance to win opportunities.
• Act as a feedback conduit to shape product roadmaps based on partner insights.
• Keep partners updated on roadmaps, trends, and competitive positioning.
• Maintain records of partner engagements and enablement milestones.
