Job summary

UMB Bank seeks an experienced Corporate Trust Relationship Manager to lead a team, guide junior staff, and cultivate significant client relationships for large institutional accounts.

You will manage day-to-day account administration, fee practices, bond closings, and cash/investment processing while coordinating with legal and compliance to negotiate provisions and pursue new business opportunities.

• Handle billing, fee increases, bond closings, cash and investment transactions.
• Submit new business for approval and price based on account structure.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on documents.
