The position is remote with collaboration across senior leadership and opportunities for career growth within corporate trust services. A strong background in banking products and client management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide an assigned team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers.
• Handle all levels of responsibilities for CRM I-III to cultivate client relationships.
• Resolve administrative issues and support client staff.
• Guide junior staff.
• Service largest clients and resolve complex issues.
• Manage billing for administrative fees and bond closings.
• Support cash and investment transactions; monitor cash activities.
• Prepare compliance documentation and assess legal documents.
• Negotiate document provisions with corporate legal and outside counsel.
• Cross-train to learn other Corporate Trust roles.
