Responsabilités

• Lead and guide a team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers.
• Provide guidance to junior staff.
• Operate independently to service the largest clients and resolve complex issues.
• Support existing institutional/corporate trust accounts and manage fees, cash and bond transactions.
• Submit new business for approval by senior leadership in Corporate Trust.
• Price business based on account structure.
• Disseminate financial information to EMMA system as required.
• Ensure accurate/setup of issues and compliance reviews.
• Review legal documents and negotiate provisions with legal teams.
• Cross-train to learn other Corporate Trust roles and provide support.
