UMB Bank is seeking a Senior Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager to lead a team of relationship managers and oversee high-value client relationships in a remote setting. You will handle billing, bond closings, cash/ investments, and prepare compliance-ready accounts while working with legal and compliance to negotiate provisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and provide guidance to an assigned team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers.
• Handle all levels of responsibilities that CRM I-III perform in cultivating significant customer relationships.
• Resolve administrative issues and provide support to client staff
• Provide guidance to junior staff
• Operate independently to service large clients and resolve complex issues
• Provide day-to-day support to institutional/corporate trust accounts including billing, fees, bond closing, cash/investment transactions, and payments
• Submit new business for approval by senior leadership
• Price business based on account structure
• Disseminate financial information to EMMA system
• Setup of issues on systems and prepare accounts for compliance review
• Review legal documents for operational mechanics
• Negotiate document provisions with corporate legal/compliance
• Cross-train to learn other Corporate Trust roles
• Other duties as assigned
