UMB Bank invites a Senior Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager to lead a team and nurture major client relationships from a remote environment. You will oversee complex administrative duties, pricing, and coordination with legal/compliance while supporting the largest institutional clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five years relevant experience.
• Strong client relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in corporate trust operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct a team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers.
• Handle all levels of CRM responsibilities and client relationships.
• Provide day-to-day support to institutional accounts including billing and fee administration.
• Coordinate bond closings, cash and investment transactions, and debt service calculations.
• Submit new business for approval by senior leadership in Corporate Trust.
• Price business based on account structure and existing data.
• Disseminate financial information to EMMA as required.
• Ensure accurate setup of issues on systems and compliance reviews.
• Review legal documents for operational mechanics and risk.
• Collaborate with corporate legal and compliance to negotiate provisions.
• Cross-train to support other Corporate Trust roles.
