Job summary

UMB Bank seeks a senior Corporate Trust Relationship Manager to lead a team of CRM Associates in a remote, nationwide capacity. You will guide complex client relationships, oversee fee structures, and coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure operational excellence.

You will manage intricate trust accounts, provide strategic insights to leadership, and drive cross-training within Corporate Trust. A strong banking knowledge background and client-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Five (5) years relevant experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• CCTS Certified Corporate Trust Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of CRM Associates in Corporate Trust.
• Handle complex client issues and ensure high-quality service.
• Provide day-to-day support to institutional trust accounts (billing, payments, cash activity).
• Negotiate provisions with corporate legal/compliance and outside counsel.
• Submit new business for approval and price services by account structure.
• Assist in cross-training and cover other Corporate Trust roles as needed.
