Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a results-driven Corporate Trust Senior Relationship Manager to lead and guide a team providing superior client service to large institutional clients across the Corporate Trust division. You will manage complex relationships, coordinate with legal/compliance, and drive strategic initiatives while overseeing day-to-day operations and fee structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers.
• Handle all levels of CRM responsibilities for significant client relationships.
• Provide day-to-day support to institutional trust accounts, including billing and fee adjustments.
• Process bond closings, cash and investment transactions, and debt service calculations.
• Submit new business for approval and price work based on account structure.
• Disseminate financial information to the EMMA system.
• Ensure accurate setup of issues and compliance reviews.
• Review legal documents for operational mechanics.
• Collaborate with corporate legal and compliance; negotiate document provisions.
• Cross-train and support other Corporate Trust roles.
• Other duties as assigned.
