Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and operate independently for large clients.
• Handle daily administration: billing, fee adjustments, bond closings, cash and investment transactions.
• Prepare accounts for compliance review and respond to exceptions.
• Negotiate document provisions with corporate legal and outside counsel.
