Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five (5) years relevant experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers.
• Service the largest clients and resolve complex issues.
• Support existing institutional/corporate trust accounts including billing, fee increases, and bond closing.
• Submit new business for approval and price based on account structure.
• Disseminate financial information to EMMA and ensure system setup accuracy.
• Review legal documents and negotiate provisions with legal and compliance teams.
• Cross-train to learn other Corporate Trust roles and provide support as needed.
• Supervise a team including hiring, coaching and development.
