Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sabre GDS for corporate travel.
• 3+ years of experience as a travel consultant.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Willingness to work evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers.
• Analyze travel options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel.
• Utilize Sabre GDS in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations.
• Use positive telephone service techniques and handle special requests.
• Coach and mentor teammates to improve service levels.
