Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups)
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel in air, rail, road, and hotels
• Utilize Sabre GDS to issue tickets and manage itineraries
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, email, and back-office systems
• Act as trusted advisor by applying travel knowledge to meet clients' needs while adhering to company travel policy
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet business goals and service metrics
