Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Global Servicing Travel Consultant to support corporate clients from a fully remote team. You will advise and book travel across the US, Canada, UK, and Australia, using Sabre GDS to ensure policy compliance and traveler satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in corporate travel with strong communication, multi-tasking, and fare knowledge. Flexible shifts between 6A and 11:30P EST are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years corporate travel experience.
• Native Sabre GDS expertise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience in travel environment.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Fares, ticketing and complex fare knowledge.
• Knowledge of hotels, car service, rail.
• Awareness of domestic and international destinations.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients in US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
• Research options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Book domestic and international travel in varying complexity for air, road, rail, and hotels.
• Use Sabre GDS for bookings and changes.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and provider rules.
• Provide courteous, effective phone service and handle special requests.
• Protect trips by following security protocols to prevent fraud.
• Collaborate with teammates to coach and improve service levels.
