American Express Global Business Travel seeks a Global Servicing Travel Consultant to support corporate clients from a remote team. You will advise and arrange travel, analyze options, and ensure policy compliance while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires 2+ years of corporate travel experience and Sabre GDS proficiency, plus strong communication and collaboration skills. Flexible shifts across US time zones and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel experience
• 2+ years native Sabre GDS experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills in a travel environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills with multi-tasking
• Fares and ticketing knowledge including RTW and complex fares
• Knowledge of car services, hotels and rail products
• Domestic and international destination knowledge
• Awareness of international travel notifications and guidelines
• Ability to adapt communication style, lead travelers to outcomes
• Ability to adapt to change
• Work across teams and departments

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers in the US, Canada, UK and Australia markets
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel in various configurations for air, road, rail, and accommodations
• Use Sabre as the Global Distribution System (GDS)
• Ensure compliance with customers' travel policy, provider policies, and regulatory requirements
• Use positive telephone service techniques and handle special customer requests
• Prevent fraudulent bookings by following security protocols
• Collaborate with your team to coach, mentor, and improve service levels
