Qualifications

• Passion for excellence in client service and proactive anticipation of needs.
• Proficiency in Native GDS (Sabre).
• 3+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant.
• Professional communication (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and integrity in handling traveler information.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry and policies.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and work with suppliers.
• Teamwork and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Conduct analysis on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs.
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across air, rail, and accommodations.
• Utilize Sabre GDS and ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations.
• Use positive service techniques and handle special requests.
• Collaborate within the team to coach and improve service levels.
