American Express Global Business Travel is seeking Specialized Travel Consultants in the United States to book travel for corporate clients from home, collaborating with teams to deliver timely and creative travel solutions.

You will arrange domestic and international business travel (air, road, rail, hotels) and must have GDS Sabre experience. We value proactive service, accuracy, and adherence to client travel policies.

Qualifications

• 5 years travel industry experience (preferably business travel).
• GDS Sabre proficiency required.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Attention to detail in travel arrangements and data handling.
• Act with integrity and protect traveler information.
• Teamwork and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups).
• Arrange and book domestic and international travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations.
• Must have GDS Sabre experience.
• Communicate effectively via phone, chat, email, and back-office systems.
• Proactively advise clients and sell additional services within travel policy.
• Collaborate with team to meet account goals and service metrics.
