American Express Global Business Travel is seeking Specialized Travel Consultants to book travel for top clients from home. You’ll collaborate with your team to provide timely, high-quality travel solutions and an outstanding service experience.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in travel, strong knowledge of fares and ticketing rules, and native Sabre GDS expertise, with professional communication and a proactive client-service mindset.

Qualifications

5+ years in travel (preferably business travel) and fare/ticketing knowledge.
Proactive client service orientation with strong communication.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain traveler privacy.

Responsibilities

Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals or groups).
Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, road, and hotels.
Utilize Sabre GDS to issue and modify tickets and itineraries.
Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email, or back-office systems.
Act as trusted advisor by offering additional services within travel policy.
Collaborate with team to meet client-specific goals and service metrics.
