Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Global Servicing Travel Consultant to join our remote team, delivering outstanding service to corporate clients in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. You will advise and arrange travel with care, ensuring policy compliance and traveler safety.

With at least 2 years of corporate travel experience and native Sabre skills, you’ll navigate complex itineraries, manage international air, hotel and rail arrangements, and collaborate across teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service in travel environment
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities
• Fares and ticketing knowledge including RTW and complex fares
• Knowledge of car service, hotels and rail products
• Destinations knowledge (domestic & international)
• Awareness of international travel notifications and guidelines
• Ability to adapt communication style and lead travelers to outcomes
• Ability to adapt to change and work across teams

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options and anticipate traveler needs.
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel (air, road, rail, hotels).
• Use Sabre as the Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, provider rules and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by电话 and proactively handling requests.
• Prevent fraudulent bookings by following security protocols after hours.
• Collaborate within the team to coach and mentor for better service levels.
