Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Remote Global Servicing Travel Consultant to support corporate clients from the United States. You will advise and book domestic and international travel, primarily in the US market, using Sabre GDS, while ensuring policy compliance and superior service.

The role requires at least 2 years of corporate travel experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ corporate travel experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ native Sabre/GDS expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills in a travel environment.
• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations and travel policies.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers in the US, Canada, UK and Australia markets.
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel in various complexities (air, rail, hotel).
• Use Sabre as the Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate within the team to coach, mentor, and improve service levels.
