• Phone and email servicing experience
• Strong travel industry understanding

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients (individuals and groups)
• Research options and upsell additional services
• Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, and hotels
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and provider rules
• Provide excellent telephone service and handle special requests
• Collaborate with team to coach and improve service levels
