• Minimum 2 years of corporate travel experience.
• Minimum 2 years native GDS expertise in Sabre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills in a travel environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers in the US, Canada, UK and Australia.
• Research travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail, and hotels.
• Use Sabre as the Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Ensure compliance with travel policy, provider policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide courteous service and handle special traveler requests.
• Help prevent fraudulent bookings by following security protocols.
• Collaborate with team to coach and improve service levels.
