Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred.
3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to create and drive efficient candidate generation strategies including passive recruitment, headhunting, and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to determine staffing strategies and ensure job descriptions are current.
Manage requisitions from approval to closure and monitor progress.
Develop and implement recruitment programs to ensure consistency and branding.
Source active candidates from databases, postings, and referrals; proactively source passive candidates.
Influence decision-making through a consultative recruitment approach.
