Job summary

Engineers Without Borders USA seeks a Corporate Philanthropy Officer to build and manage high-value corporate partnerships. You will lead fundraising strategy, engage senior leaders, and drive multi-year commitments to support community-driven engineering programs.

You will collaborate with Development, Communications, and program teams, managing a portfolio, tracking prospects, and delivering tailored proposals and impact updates. Colorado preference noted.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate fundraising or a related field.
• Experience managing and growing a portfolio of corporate, donor, or account relationships.
• Experience making direct financial asks and closing revenue or securing sponsorships.
• Experience developing new business or prospect pipelines and moving opportunities to decision.
• Ability to build credibility with senior corporate leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and actively manage a portfolio of corporate partners, moving relationships through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, renewal, and upgrade.
• Meet or exceed annual corporate fundraising goals through renewals, upgrades, multi-year commitments, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Lead relationship strategy for corporate accounts with clear goals, engagement plans, and renewal/upgrade strategies.
• Develop tailored partnership concepts, proposals, and stewardship plans with cross-team collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships through employee engagement and program investment.
• Lead corporate impact storytelling and coordinate with Development, Communications, and programs.
