Per Scholas is seeking a Director/ Vice President of Corporate Partnerships to accelerate growth by identifying, cultivating, and securing major corporate commitments. The role spans multiple markets and requires leading cross-functional teams to align program impact with funding, offering a clear ROI narrative for funders.

You will craft high-stakes proposals, manage key corporate portfolios, and collaborate with program, development, and data teams to produce sophisticated impact reports.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive development experience with a track record of securing six- and seven-figure grants from institutional donors, including corporations.
• Exceptional writing and persuasive speaking abilities; able to translate complex data into compelling decks.
• Strategic relationship-building; understands funder motivations and aligns them with organizational goals.
• High proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and data interpretation.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• Deep commitment to social change and bridging the opportunity gap.

Responsibilities

• Architect Strategy: design and execute a fundraising roadmap to grow and diversify revenue from corporations across markets.
• Pipeline Development: lead identification, qualification, cultivation, and award of corporate prospects.
• Visionary Pitching: craft proposals and presentations translating workforce data into compelling support.
• Portfolio Leadership: manage lifecycle of corporate relationships with collateral and renewal targets.
• Impact Reporting: partner with teams to translate data and stories into impact reports.
• Thought Leadership: stay ahead of trends to position Per Scholas as a premier workforce partner.
• Internal Liaison: coordinate with Enterprise, Talent Solutions, Program, and Marketing for cohesive messaging.
• Knowledge Management: maintain Salesforce data integrity and forecasting.
• Market Alignment: collaborate with campus leadership for multi-market pitches.
