You will bridge traditional philanthropy with digital narrative strategies, coordinating with senior leaders to scale the organization’s fundraising capacity and partner networks.

This fully remote role requires residency in the continental United States, with travel up to 40% for funder engagements and conferences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising or executive leadership experience.
• Proven success managing institutional funder portfolios and renewals.
• Ability to translate digital media metrics into compelling donor narratives.
• Experience with large budgets around $25M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive fundraising strategy and revenue scaling.
• Oversee the Development Operations and Partnerships teams.
• Represent the organization to donors, conferences, and high-level retreats.
• Promote equity and anti-racism in external funder partnerships and internal strategy.
