Per Scholas is seeking a Director/ VP of Development, Corporate Partnerships to drive six- and seven-figure corporate commitments and scale our mission. You will bridge program impact and fundraising, telling a compelling ROI story to funders and partners.

The role is open to Director or VP levels, with compensation aligned to experience. You will lead cross-functional teams across markets, crafting strategic plans and external collateral to accelerate growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive development experience with a track record of six- and seven-figure grants from institutional donors.
• Ability to represent the organization at external meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Design and execute a fundraising roadmap to diversify revenue from corporations.
• Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, cultivate, and award corporate prospects.
• Visionary Pitching: Create proposals and presentations translating workforce data into a compelling case for support.
• Account Management & Stewardship: Lead lifecycle of corporate relationships with collateral and renewals.
• Impact Reporting: Synthesize Salesforce data and stories into sophisticated impact reports.
• Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of trends to position Per Scholas as a premier workforce partner.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Enterprise, Talent Solutions, Program, and Marketing for unified donor messaging.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain records in Salesforce for data integrity and budgeting.
• Market Alignment: Align with campus leadership for multi-market pitches and site visits.
