Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a Director/ Vice President of Corporate Partnerships to drive strategic growth of our corporate portfolio and secure major commitments. You will lead fundraising initiatives, craft compelling proposals, and champion donor storytelling across multiple markets while partnering with campus leadership and program teams.

You will manage high-impact relationships, translate workforce data into persuasive ROI narratives, and ensure alignment with Per Scholas’ mission to expand

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive development experience with a proven track record of securing six- and seven-figure grants from institutional donors, including corporations.
• Exceptional writer and persuasive speaker capable of turning data into compelling decks for boards.
• Strategic mindset with ability to build relationships and align funder motivations with organizational goals.
• Technical fluency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and the ability to interpret data.
• Startup agility and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Deep commitment to social change and bridging the opportunity gap.

Responsibilities

• Architect fundraising strategy with the SVP to grow and diversify corporate revenue across markets.
• Lead pipeline development, qualification, cultivation, and award of corporate prospects.
• Craft high-stakes proposals and presentations showcasing ROI and impact to funders.
• Oversee lifecycle of corporate relationships, developing collateral and ensuring renewal targets.
• Collaborate with program, development, and data teams to produce impact reports from Salesforce data and field stories.
• Stay ahead of trends to position Per Scholas as a premier workforce development partner.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a cohesive donor message and data integrity at scale.
• Manage market-aligned site visits, learner roundtables, and multi-market pitches.
