National Society of Black Engineers seeks an Account Manager to cultivate and manage corporate partnerships. The role focuses on renewals, upsells, and engagement to support NSBE’s fundraising goals in a remote/hybrid setup.

You will manage communications with partners, track interactions in the AMS, and collaborate with finance to ensure accurate handling of pledges and reports for senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in Fundraising, Sales, or Account Management.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet fundraising goals and work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners and respond promptly.
• Secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities with sponsors.
• Track interactions and document history in the AMS.
• Prepare and present fundraising progress reports to leadership.
• Coordinate with accounting to process invoices and reconcile pledges.
• Develop partner onboarding documents and contracts.
