Job summary

UnifyCX is seeking a highly organized Corporate Paralegal to support U.S. and international operations, handling contracts, legal documents, and coordination with stakeholders.

The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, IT, Security, Compliance, and leadership to ensure accurate documentation, timely reviews, and compliance across the organization. This remote position requires attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or paralegal certificate preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 2-5 years of experience in a paralegal, legal operations, contracts administration, or related role.
• Experience supporting commercial contracts, legal documentation, or corporate legal functions.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of documents, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive business and employee information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 and contract management systems.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance or elevate an issue.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and research support on routine legal matters.
• Assist with contract preparation, review, routing, and maintenance.
• Coordinate contract approvals across departments.
• Support privacy, data security, and compliance efforts.
• Maintain contract management records and file through systems.
• Assist with external counsel coordination and investigations.
