Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to support the General Counsel, manage contracts, and lead compliance initiatives. This role offers 100% remote work with in-office requirements for training and meetings, enabling collaboration with executives and business partners across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of paralegal experience in corporate legal departments or regulated industries.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and administering commercial contracts including NDAs, BAAs, PSAs, MSAs, vendor and consulting agreements.
• Experience supporting compliance programs and regulatory initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, review, and management of commercial agreements and contract amendments.
• Maintain contract templates, standard clauses, and legal document libraries.
• Coordinate contract execution and ensure proper maintenance of documents.
• Track contract renewals, expirations, and key milestones.
• Support compliance reviews and regulatory examinations.
• Maintain compliance calendars and coordinate related projects.
