Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Corporate Paralegal and Contract Support for a remote-based role. The candidate will liaise between the company and internal clients, maintaining contract workflows and data in our systems.

The position requires at least three years in contract administration or a legal environment and strong attention to detail. Flexibility to work across time zones and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years in contract administration or legal environment.
• Knowledge of fundamental contract principles and terminology.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer contract intake and review; implement QA processes.
• Develop and improve workflows, templates, trackers, and systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Advise business managers on contract negotiations to protect the company.
• Review requests for completeness and route matters appropriately.
• Maintain visibility into pending matters and track milestones.
• Coordinate contract execution and signature processes.
• Maintain accurate contract records, metadata, and reporting.
