Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a mid-senior corporate lawyer to draft, review, and standardize commercial agreements for a globally distributed team. You will support compliance, due diligence, and cross-border documentation while coordinating with external counsel and maintaining a centralized repository of templates.

The role is fully remote with a globally distributed team and opportunities for leadership in legal process optimization across international investments.

Qualifications

• Law degree and at least 3 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong understanding of international commercial contracts and compliance requirements.
• Excellent English at C1 level or above, with ability to work autonomously across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and standardize commercial agreements, including sponsorship, vendor, and partnership contracts.
• Support compliance procedures, due diligence, and cross-border legal documentation.
• Coordinate with external counsel and maintain an organized digital repository of legal templates.
