Allied Universal is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the Legal Department with contract intake, data maintenance in Smartsheet and Serengeti, and handling routine agreements. This remote position requires residence in the Central or Eastern time zones.

You will streamline contract workflows, draft and review documents, and coordinate signatures while advising business managers on negotiations to protect the company.

Formación

• Minimum three years' experience in contract administration or legal support.
• Knowledge of contract principles and terminology.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Own contract intake and review process; develop quality assurance processes.
• Develop, document, administer, and improve Legal Department workflows, templates, trackers, and systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Advise business managers on contract negotiations to provide optimal protection.
• Track contract status, approvals, executions, renewals and milestones.
• Coordinate contract execution and signatures.
• Maintain accurate contract records, metadata, and reporting.
• Prepare execution-ready documents and assemble exhibits and attachments.
