Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Corporate Paralegal and Contract Support to act as a liaison between the Legal Department and internal clients. You will input and maintain data in Smartsheet and Serengeti, manage contract workflows, and ensure documentation aligns with company policies.

This is a remote-based role, with residency required in the Central or Eastern time zones. You will own intake/review processes, develop workflows, track milestones, and support the General Counsel and business

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in contract administration or legal support.
• Strong attention to detail and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the contract intake and review process; develop QA processes.
• Develop and improve Legal Department workflows, templates, trackers, and systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate contract execution and signature processes and maintain records.
