Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists is hiring a Senior Corporate Paralegal to support the General Counsel with contract review, compliance initiatives, and governance activities in a fully remote role with in-person training as needed. You will coordinate legal operations, maintain templates, and assist across Legal, Compliance, and Executive teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in paralegal roles within corporate or regulated environments, strong drafting skills, and experience with contract

Qualifications

• 7+ years of paralegal experience supporting corporate legal departments.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and administering commercial contracts.
• Experience supporting compliance programs and regulatory initiatives.
• Experience maintaining corporate records and governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract preparation, review, and management of various agreements.
• Support compliance reviews, audits, and regulatory activities.
• Maintain legal operations trackers and drive timely project completion.
• Manage calendars and prepare presentations for the General Counsel.
