Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a Corporate Labor and Employee Relations Manager to guide labor relations initiatives for aero programs.

You will collaborate with HR, legal, and operations to promote positive union relationships, ensure compliance with CBAs and labor laws, and advance continuous improvement in labor relations practices. Based in Kingsville, TX, the role requires handling investigations, coaching leaders, and developing strategic negotiation packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in labor and/or employee relations, preferably in a unionized or government contracting environment.
• Experience supporting collective bargaining, contract administration, and employee investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead CBA negotiations preparations and implementation; ensure NLRA, SCA compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Benefits, and Pricing on labor cost models and proposals.
• Manage investigations into employee concerns and document findings; advise on actions.
• Provide training for HR and leaders on labor relations practices and policy updates.
• Track labor relations metrics and drive continuous improvement.
