V2X, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Labor and Employee Relations Manager (Aero) to lead strategic labor relations initiatives and oversee employee relations for CBA-covered personnel.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, legal, and program leaders to ensure NLRA, SCA compliance and guide investigations, discipline, and dispute resolution. The role requires building strong partnerships across Finance, Contracts, Legal, and Operations, while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of labor relations experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of employee relations experience in a unionized environment.
• Experience supporting collective bargaining or contract administration.
• Experience with grievance procedures, ER investigation procedures, NLRB processes, and labor law compliance in a government contracting environment.
• Experience in government defense contracting in the aerospace environment.
