V2X, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Labor and Employee Relations Manager (Aero) to lead strategic labor initiatives for CBA-covered employees across Aerospace programs.

You will partner with HR, legal, and site leadership to ensure NLRA/SCA compliance and to advance continuous improvement in labor practices. This role requires strong investigation and coaching skills, with experience in government contracting in the aerospace environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of labor relations experience in a unionized environment.
• Experience supporting bargaining or contract administration; knowledge of NLRB and labor laws.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute strategic labor relations initiatives for CBA-covered employees.
• Lead investigations into employee complaints and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, and operations leaders on labor relations matters.
• Maintain CBAs, NLRB cases, and ER databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide training on labor relations practices and continuous improvement metrics.
