Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Corporate FP&A Lead, remotely based in the US (Eastern time). You will own FP&A outputs, manage a small team, and partner with the VP of Finance, CFO, and department heads to drive planning, reporting, and performance management across the business.

You will shape the corporate planning cadence, deliver board-ready materials, and lead digital innovation in FP&A. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in FP&A or related fields and a track record in high-growth tech or SaaS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, finance, or management consulting.
• Experience running a monthly financial close end-to-end.
• Experience producing board or investor-level materials.
• Strong stakeholder management with CFO/C-suite exposure.
• Background in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts.
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel with large, complex models.
• Structured thinker; can design a process from scratch.
• Commercially curious about the business model.
• Interest in data science and AI applications in finance.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver timely, accurate financial narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate FP&A outputs and ensure quality before distribution.
• Lead the annual operating plan process and present consolidated P&L.
• Close calendar design, cadence reporting, and SOPs.
• Develop and manage FP&A automation roadmap with Finance Engineer.
• Build relationships with department heads through financial insight.
• Manage data handoff with Strategic Finance team.
